📝 教える前に知っておきたいこと
- 学校や会社のやり方は、場所によって大きく違います。ある学校や会社のやり方が「日本のやり方」とは限らないので、決まりではなく「よくある形」として伝えましょう。
- 「承知しました」「お手すきの際に」のような職場の言い方は、意味よりも丁寧さのための表現です。決まり文句として覚えて、そのまま使うよう教えてあげてください。
- 「社畜」「ブラック企業」のように、批判や自虐をふくむ言葉もあります。くだけた会話なら問題ありませんが、改まった場ではきつく聞こえることがあります。
- 職場では呼び方が大事です。同僚どうしは名字に「さん」をつけて呼ぶことが多く、上司は名前ではなく役職で呼ぶこともあります。
- 日本でアルバイトをするなら、店のマニュアルと先輩がいちばんの先生です。最初から全部わかっている人はいないので、早めに聞けばいいと伝えてあげましょう。
