外国人に教えたい緊急時の日本語18選|英語での説明つき
日本では警察は110番、救急車と消防は119番で、外国人の多くが知っている番号とは違います。いざというときに役立つよう、このページでは助けを求める、警察や救急車を呼ぶ、体調不良を伝える、落とし物、地震のときのフレーズを、英語で説明できるようにまとめました。旅行に来る友だちには、出発前に一度読んでおいてもらうと安心です。
📝 教える前に知っておきたいこと
- 日本では警察は110番、救急車と消防は119番です。多くの国の番号とは違うので、必ず伝えておきましょう。
- 本当の緊急時には文法を気にしなくていいと伝えましょう。「助けて」の一言や、痛いところを指さすだけで、周りの人は動いてくれます。
- ホテルの名前と住所、パスポートかそのコピー、アレルギーや飲んでいる薬のことを書いたものを持ち歩くようすすめましょう。
- 出発前に旅行保険を確かめるよう伝えましょう。日本の病院では、外国人旅行者に全額前払いを求めることがあります。

Ambulances and fire trucks share one number in Japan: 119. When you call, you will first be asked whether it is a fire (kaji) or a medical emergency (kyukyu).

What people will ask you if you look unwell or fall. "Daijobu desu" means you're fine; if you're not, say "daijobu ja nai desu" or explain what is wrong.
具合が悪そうに見えたり転んだりしたときに、周りの人からこう聞かれます。平気なら「大丈夫です」、そうでなければ「大丈夫じゃないです」と言うか、どこが悪いのかを説明しましょう。

A general way to say you are unwell. "Kimochi ga warui" is used more for nausea. Hotel front desks can often help you find a clinic.
具合が悪いことを伝える一般的な言い方です。「気持ちが悪い」は吐き気があるときによく使います。ホテルのフロントに頼めば、診療所を探すのを手伝ってくれることが多いです。

Useful body words: atama (head), onaka (stomach), ha (tooth), nodo (throat), ashi (leg or foot). Or just point and say "koko ga itai desu" (it hurts here).

Be careful: byoin (hospital) and biyoin (beauty salon) sound very similar. For minor problems, a small clinic, often called "kurinikku" or "iin," may be quicker than a big hospital.
気をつけたいのは「病院」と「美容院」の音がよく似ていることです。軽い症状なら、大きな病院より「クリニック」や「医院」と呼ばれる小さな診療所のほうが早いことがあります。

Drugstores ("doraggusutoa") sell everyday medicines, and some have a pharmacist to ask. Some medicines sold freely in other countries are restricted in Japan, so check before bringing your own.

Say it loudly if someone bothers or touches you. Drawing attention is the point; bystanders and station staff can then step in.
