英語で言うと

Shosho means the heat finally settles down. Mornings and evenings cool off first, and this is also the season when typhoons often reach Japan.

処暑は、暑さがようやく落ち着くころ。まず朝晩が涼しくなる。台風が日本に来やすい時期でもある。
