A fox goes into a house. It is the house of an actor. There are lots of things in the house. Hats. Coats. Shoes.

The fox looks and looks. Then he finds a mask. It looks like a man's head. It has big eyes. It has a big nose. It has a big smile.
キツネはあちこち見てまわりました。すると、お面が見つかりました。人の頭そっくりのお面です。大きな目に、大きな鼻、そして大きな笑顔をしていました。
"Wow!" says the fox. "What a beautiful head!" He touches it with his paw. Knock, knock. It is empty inside!
「わあ！」と、キツネは言いました。「なんてりっぱな頭だろう！」キツネは前足でさわってみました。コン、コン。中はからっぽです！
"Hmm," says the fox. "A beautiful head. But no brain!"
「ふうん」と、キツネは言いました。「りっぱな頭だ。でも、脳みそがない！」
