Look up at night. Do you see the Moon? It is big and bright.
But the Moon does not make its own light. The light comes from the sun. The sun shines on the Moon. So we can see it.
The Moon has no air. There is no wind. There is no rain. There are no trees and no animals.
People went to the Moon in 1969. They walked on it! Twelve people walked on the Moon. They made footprints.
There is no wind and no rain on the Moon. So the footprints are still there today!
Here is one more surprise. We always see almost the same side of the Moon. From Earth, we cannot see most of the other side.
Look at the Moon tonight. Say hello to the footprints!
