🗣️ Calavera means skull in Spanish. / In Mexico, it is also a funny poem for the Day of the Dead. / In the poem, Death comes for someone. But it is a joke. / Listen to my poem. Which part is funny?
🗣️ Here are our rules. / Write about yourself or a made-up person. / No names of classmates or teachers. No mean jokes. / We want everyone to smile.
1行目で Death came for ...
🗣️ Start with Death came for ... / How did the person escape? Make it funny. / Try to rhyme. Day and today. Three and tea. / Read it to your partner. Can you make it funnier?
🗣️ Read your poems in your group. / Choose one poem for the class. / Which is the funniest? Which is the most beautiful? / In Mexico, people laugh with death, not only cry.
