Pokopia is Pokémon's first slow-life sandbox game, made only for Nintendo Switch 2. You collect wood and stone to make tools, gather berries to share with Pokémon, and slowly grow your town.
バトルや図鑑集めのイメージが強いポケモンで、「のんびり暮らす」遊び方ができる点が新鮮でした。最大4人で一緒に遊べるので、家族や友だちと街づくりを楽しむ人も多くいます。発売の約1週間前、2月27日のポケモン30周年の日に配信された「Pokémon Presents」では新しい映像も公開され、発売前から期待が高まっていました。

発売4日で220万本、5週で400万本と好調なスタートを切り、約4か月でダウンロード版を含めた世界での販売本数が500万本を突破しました。6月には有料の追加コンテンツ「エキスパンションパス」が発売され、8月には海の底の街を作れる第1弾が登場。第2弾は2026年冬、新しい街が加わる第3弾は2027年に予定されています。
