チュソクとお盆：ベン図で英語比べ
🎯 both / only を使って、2つの行事の共通点とちがいを英語で表す。
- チュソクの写真（渋滞、茶礼、ソンピョン、カンガンスルレ）を見せ、何をしているか英語で予想する。
- ベン図に、チュソクだけ・お盆だけ・両方、の英単語を書きこむ。
- Both Chuseok and Obon ... / Only Chuseok ... の文を3つ書く。
- ペアで発表し合い、いちばん意外なちがいを選ぶ。

チュソクの写真を1枚ずつ見せ、What are they doing? と聞いて英語で予想させる。渋滞の写真では、韓国ではこれを great migration と呼ぶことを伝える。旧暦8月15日の満月のころの3日間の祝日だと紹介する。
🗣️ Look at this picture. What are they doing? / Yes, many cars! People are going home. / This is Chuseok, a big holiday in South Korea. / It comes under a full moon.
英語ページの会話を聞かせ、Kenta が Seven hours? That sounds like Obon in Japan. と言った理由を確かめる。B5 の国比べで、チュソクとお盆の基本情報（時期・日数・お墓参り）を確認する。
🗣️ Listen. Why does Kenta say, That sounds like Obon? / Right. The traffic is terrible! / In South Korea, people go home for three days. / In Japan, people visit family graves during Obon.
ベン図に英単語を書きこませる。Chuseok only（songpyeon, hanbok, full moon など）、Both（go home, family graves, traffic, ancestors）、Obon only（August など）。ペアで相談してよい。

ベン図をもとに Both Chuseok and Obon ... / Only Chuseok ... の文を3つ書かせる。both のあとの動詞の形（複数の主語）に気をつけさせる。

半月形ソンピョンの伝説を英語で語ろう
🎯 伝説（百済は満月、新羅は半月）を、順序の表現を使って英語で語り直す。
- 日本語で伝説を紹介し、キーワード（turtle, full moon, half moon, fall）を確認する。
- First / Then / Finally を使って、4〜5文で伝説を英語で書く。
- グループで語り合い、なぜ半月が「よい未来」になるのかを英語で説明する。
- 紙粘土などで半月形を作りながら、Song means pine. などの説明文を言う。

ソンピョンの写真を見せ、チュソクは満月のお祭りなのに、なぜ餅は半月形なのかと問いかける。日本語で伝説を紹介する：百済の義慈王の時代、亀の甲羅に「百済は満月、新羅は半月」という文字が見つかった。満月はこれから欠け、半月はこれから満ちていく。その言葉どおり百済は新羅にほろぼされ、それ以来、半月は明るい未来のしるしになったという。

First / Then / Finally を使って、伝説を英語4〜5文で書かせる。主語と時制（過去形）をそろえることを意識させる。

グループで書いた伝説を語り合う。そのあと Why does a half moon mean a good future? に英語で答えさせる（例：Because a half moon will grow into a full moon.）。各班1人が答えを発表する。
