💡 どんな意味・どんなときに使う？
We are pleased to announce ~ は「〜を発表できることをうれしく思います」という、良いお知らせの冒頭に使う表現です。新製品の発売、新店舗の開店、受賞、昇進などのニュースでよく使われ、TOEIC の Part 4（アナウンス）や Part 7（プレスリリース・記事）の定番。pleased は「喜んで」、be pleased to do で「喜んで〜する」。announce の後ろには名詞（the opening）や that 節（that we have won ~）が続きます。悪い知らせの We regret to inform you that ~ とセットで覚えるのがおすすめです。
