💡 どんな意味・どんなときに使う？
take ~ into account は「〜を計算に入れる、考慮する」という意味の熟語です。account には「勘定・計算」という意味があり、「〜を計算の中に取り込む」とイメージすると覚えやすいでしょう。consider とほぼ同じ意味ですが、判断材料の一つとして組み込むニュアンスがあります。入試では語順が狙われます。目的語が短ければ take it into account、長い名詞句なら take into account the fact that ~ のように後ろに回ります。受動態の be taken into account も長文や英作文でよく使われます。
