Cinderella Gray Art Show Opens in December

1An art show for the manga Uma Musume Cinderella Gray will open in Tokyo in December. It will run from Dec. 19 to Jan. 11 at Sunshine City in Ikebukuro. Tickets will go on sale on Oct. 26.

2The manga's artist, Taiyo Kuzumi, drew a new picture for the show. It shows 13 horse girls, including the main character, Oguri Cap. Visitors will also see his drawings made by hand.

3In the Uma Musume world, each girl has the name of a real racehorse. The real Oguri Cap started racing in 1987 at a local track in Kasamatsu, Gifu. It won 10 of its 12 races there. In 1988, it moved up to Japan's top level of racing.

4The manga's story ended at the end of 2025. More than 9 million copies of the manga are now in print. On Oct. 22, Weekly Young Jump printed a new side story. The manga's official X account said a 24th volume will come out on Dec. 17.

全文訳

1マンガ『ウマ娘 シンデレラグレイ』の原画展が、12月に東京で開かれます。原画展は12月19日から1月11日まで、池袋のサンシャインシティで開かれます。チケットは10月26日に売り出されます。

2このマンガを描いている久住太陽さんが、原画展のために新しい絵を描きました。絵には、主人公のオグリキャップをはじめ、13人のウマ娘がいます。来た人は、久住さんが手でかいた線画も見ることができます。

3ウマ娘の世界では、どの女の子も本物の競走馬の名前を持っています。本物のオグリキャップは、1987年に岐阜県笠松町の地方の競馬場で走り始めました。そこで12回走り、10回勝ちました。1988年には、日本でいちばん上のレベルの競馬へ進みました。

4マンガの物語は、2025年の終わりに完結しました。単行本の発行部数は、いまでは900万部をこえています。10月22日には、「週刊ヤングジャンプ」に新しい外伝がのりました。マンガの公式Xアカウントは、24巻が12月17日に出ると発表しました。
