1Sakurazaka46's new single sold about 565,000 copies in its first week. The song is called "Ai MUST BE," and it came out on Oct. 14. It became No. 1 on the Oricon weekly singles chart.

2Oricon is a company that counts music sales in Japan every week. Its singles chart shows which CD singles sold the most. The group has now reached No. 1 on this chart 15 times.

3Oricon's chart year started in late December 2025. Since then, no female artist has sold more copies in a first week. Before this, the top number was about 559,000, by AKB48.

2オリコンは、日本で売れた音楽の数を毎週数えている会社です。シングルのランキングを見ると、どのCDシングルがいちばん売れたかがわかります。櫻坂46がこのランキングで1位になったのは、これで15回目です。
