"Dracula" with Jennie Breaks a K-Pop Record on the Hot 100

1"Dracula," a song by the Australian act Tame Impala featuring Jennie of BLACKPINK, has set a new K-pop record on the Billboard Hot 100. The Hot 100 is the main singles chart in the United States. Billboard updates it every week. In mid-September, the track stayed at No. 6, marking its 16th straight week in the top 10. That broke the previous K-pop record of 15 weeks, which BTS had set in 2021 with "Butter."

2Yonhap News Agency said no song by a K-pop artist, or with one as a guest, had ever stayed in the top 10 that long without a break. When the song reached the top 10 in May, Jennie became the second BLACKPINK member with a top 10 hit outside the group. The first was Rosé, whose 2024 duet with Bruno Mars, "APT.," also made the top 10.

3Tame Impala, a rock project, first put out "Dracula" on its own in October 2025. A remix with Jennie followed in February 2026. The new version went viral through short videos, and that attention sent the song back up the chart.

4In May, the song climbed from No. 18 to No. 10, which was then Jennie's best result on the Hot 100 as a solo artist. It later rose to No. 5, its peak so far. On the chart released at the end of September, "Dracula" stayed at No. 5 for a second week, extending its top 10 run to 18 straight weeks.
