Not exactly. "Now now" means soon — maybe in ten minutes, maybe in an hour. And if I say "just now", it could be even later! ちょっと違う。「ナウナウ」は「もうすぐ」って意味。10分後かもしれないし、1時間後かもしれない。それに「ジャストナウ」って言ったら、もっと後かもしれないよ！

That's so confusing. In Britain, "just now" means a moment ago. ややこしい！イギリスでは「ジャストナウ」は「ついさっき」って意味よ。

I know. I had quite a few misunderstandings in London because of that. 知ってる。そのせいでロンドンではけっこう誤解があったよ。
