白い面を上にして、4つのかどを、まん中に合わせて折る
Start with the white side up. Fold all four corners to the center.
先にななめの折りすじを2本つけておくと、まん中がよくわかります。
まん中のかどの先を、少しだけ外へ折りかえす
Fold each center point back out a little.
4まいとも、1まいずつ折りかえします。
