折り方How to fold

下のふちを上のふちに合わせて、半分に折る
Fold in half from bottom to top.
もう一度、上を下へ半分に折る
Fold in half again, from top to bottom.
4まい重なった、じょうぶな帯になります。
左右半分に折って、折りすじをつける
Fold in half from left to right and unfold.
左右のふちを、まん中の線に合わせて折り、開く
Fold the left and right edges to the center line, then unfold.
折りすじの間をさらに半分にしながら、表・うら・表…と交互に折って、じゃばらにたたむ
Fold back and forth to make accordion pleats. Each pleat is half the space between the creases.
8つの同じはばの面ができます。
重ねたまま、上の2つの角を、上のまん中からななめに折り下げる
Keeping the pleats together, fold both top corners down at an angle from the middle of the top edge.
ぜんぶの重なりをいっしょに、強く折ります。開いたとき、これがかんむりの山になります。
じゃばらを開いて輪にし、はしを重ねてテープでとめる
Open the pleats into a ring and tape the ends together.
できあがり！じゃばらを開いて頭のまわりに合わせ、はしを重ねてテープでとめたら、かんむりのできあがり！見開きの長さ（約54cm）で、大人の頭にちょうどよい大きさです。子どもは、はしを多めに重ねてとめます。
Finished! Open the pleats, wrap it around your head, and tape the ends together. Your crown is finished! A double page (about 54 cm long) fits an adult head. For a child, overlap the ends more.
