たてと横に半分に折って、折りすじをつける
Fold in half both ways and unfold.
四つの角を、まん中に合わせて折る
Fold all four corners to the center.
まん中の四つの先を、外へ半分くらい折り返す
Fold the four points in the center back out, about halfway.
