折り方How to fold

上のふちを、少しだけ下へ折る（クリーム）
Fold the top edge down a little. This is the cream.
下のふちを、まん中より少し上まで折り上げる
Fold the bottom edge up to a little above the middle.
折った所を、下へ少し折りもどす（おさら）
Fold the flap back down, leaving a white strip at the bottom. This is the plate.
左右のはしを、うしろへ折る
Fold the left and right sides behind.
