AI Chat Services
AI Chat Services
Many people need to ask city offices about things such as garbage rules and tax payments. However, city offices are usually closed in the evenings and on weekends, so it is hard for busy people to ask questions. Some cities have introduced AI chat services on their websites. In this way, they make it possible for residents to get answers at any time of day.

No.3Some people say that city offices should be open on weekends. What do you think about that?
I agree. Many people work on weekdays, so they have to take a day off to visit city offices. If the offices were open on weekends, people could do their paperwork without missing work. This would be very convenient.
I disagree. City office workers also need to rest on weekends. Opening on weekends would cost a lot of money because more workers would be needed. Today, people can do many things online, so it is not necessary.
No.4Today, some cities ask residents for their opinions through online surveys. Do you think online surveys are a good way to hear residents' opinions?
Yes, I do. Online surveys are easy to answer, so busy people and young people can share their opinions at any time. Cities can also collect many opinions quickly and at a low cost. This helps them make better decisions.
No, I don't. Many elderly people are not used to the internet, so their opinions may not be heard. Also, people cannot explain their ideas in detail in a short survey. Cities should also hold meetings where residents can talk directly with officials.
