How to make an origami SwanはくちょうSwan

A swan with a long, elegant neck. Fold the kite base twice, then use inside reverse folds for the neck and head.

How to fold

Fold in half, top to bottom, and unfold.

Fold the two right edges to the center line. This is the kite base.

    Turn it over.

Fold the two left edges to the center line again.

Mountain fold in half, bottom behind.

Inside reverse fold the left point up to make the neck.

Inside reverse fold the tip of the neck down to make the head.

Inside reverse fold the right corner up to make the tail.

Finished! Shape the neck, and your swan is finished. It looks lovely in white or light blue paper, too.
