直訳すれば、「二人の頭脳は一人の頭脳に勝る」です。日本では「三人寄れば」ですが、英語では「二つの頭（二人）」となります。
Two heads are better than one means that when two people work together they are more likely to solve a problem than one person doing it alone.”Two heads are better than one”とは、一人でやるよりも二人でやった方が問題を解決できる可能性が高いという意味。
